Shipping policy

For inventory items, we will ship within 3 to 5 business days from our offices in NYC once payment is received.  For drop ship items, suppliers generally ship 3 to 7 days once payment is received.  Damages to items must be reported the day the item is received.  For returns of convenience, Customer pays all shipping costs.
